Summer's over, but that's no reason to relax and stop exercising. Nor is the indefinite closure of gyms a valid excuse. To help you keep taking care of yourself and your body, EdLive offers you six YouTube channels for working out right from home.

Popsugar fitness

Popsugar fitness offers different types of exercise of varying duration and intensity. You'll find dance, cardio, boxing... and even special exercises for pregnant women. If you're at a very advanced level, or there are certain movements you just can't do, don't panic! In most of the videos, variations of the movements are suggested, so you can take it easy or challenge yourself even more. Always full of energy and pep, the coaches will motivate you to keep up the good work.

The Body Coach TV

This channel, owned by renowned coach Joe Wicks, publishes new videos every week. The Body Coach TV offers over 400 exercise videos. The aim of these videos is to help you slim down and build muscle. Different types of videos are available, depending on your ambitions, motivation and level. For the most motivated among you, take part in the 6 weeks challenge.

Now that we've moved, one of my favorite studios to visit on @classpass is @northendyoga. I've been going to @jppilates1's Tuesday mat classes (love!) and yin classes when I need to quiet my mind. - If it's been a while since you've tried #ClassPass, they now use a credit system and most studios allow you to visit them more than three times in a month. Game changer for me because once I find a class time/instructor combo that I love, I want to go weekly. - Link is in my bio to find out more about ClassPass and if you have any questions, ask me! I've been using it for years. - P.S. I normally charge for premium feet pics like this but I'm feeling generous today. 😉😂 - - #classpasspartner #classpassboston #northendyoga #matpilates #bostonfitness #bostonblogger https://classpass.com/try/how-it-works?utm_source=social&utm_medium=instagram&utm_campaign=influencer&utm_content=nicolepearce
